New Year's Resolutions: checking in on your goals for 2022

Did you create any New Year’s resolutions in January? Set a goal or decide to start a new habit? Now that we’re a month into the year, it’s a good time to check in and see how you are progressing, as well as reach out for support if you are struggling with starting or maintaining your goal.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn how to break down a goal into attainable and sustainable steps, figure out what stage of change they are in, and work on a tailored plan to move forward with their goal.

This workshop will help you gain a better understanding of your goal, provide steps to move forward, and spark an increased awareness of what motivates you, all of which will help build a more sustainable and long lasting habits.

Health Coaching for Mental Health: A Q&A Discussion

Have you heard about health coaching and want to learn how it might support you? Do you have questions about how a health coach can support you? Want clarity on the difference between a therapist and a coach?

This free workshop is a chance to ask any questions, meet Olivia (a nationally board certified health and wellness coach), and learn about how coaching can support your mental health. Olivia will share some information about health coaching ethics, suitable topics to bring to a coaching session, and answer your questions.

Participants will walk away with a greater knowledge of how health coaching can support their mental wellbeing, have their questions answered, and learn if health coaching is the right fit for their needs.
